Early check-in or late checkout requests will be considered in ADVANCE
Please notify us of your arrival time (a two to three hour range) so we can plan to meet and greet you! When possible arrive in daylight since Little Compton is very dark!
There is a two-night minimum stay.
Festivals and Holidays require a three-night minimum stay.
A limit of two adults per room.
We are happy to consider ADVANCE requests for dietary restrictions and other special needs.
Your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail or mail upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of your entire stay. Checks or money orders only.
We request that you cancel any reservations within a minimum of 15 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date.
A full refund of the deposit (minus a $25/room processing fee) will be returned to you if cancellations are made 16 days or more before your scheduled arrival date.
If a reservation is cancelled within 15 days of your arrival date, the deposit will only be refunded if we are able to rebook your room and the $25/room cancellation fee will be deducted. A reduction of nights will not constitute a refund, the full charge applies.
